First time here worst customer service experience ever. I read through the reviews prior to writing my review to make sure that I wasn't just overreacting. The young lady behind the counter, the young Vietnamese lady is extremely nasty and rude. I simply asked what was inside of all the donuts and she had a nasty response for me as opposed that may be helping me select something, she told me that I could just leave if I didn't want them. Now I see why the store is empty and there's nobody in the parking lot. Black people beware you will not be served positively and welcomed here. There are so many other donut spots and bakery spots. Take your business elsewhere. as I looked around, I also noticed how dirty the place was so I ended up changing my mind on getting anything to eat anyway. The mother who I believe was the owner just looked on as her daughter scared off customers. Long Beach has a lot of Black people , we all know each other, and we talk. You should be careful about that if you wanna stay in business.

My sandwich came with HALF A RAW purple onion on it !!! employee was rude to me after I let them know nicely the onions are too much and gave me an attitude and was impatient instead of rectifying the situation, usually they are good but trying to gaslight me like this isnβt a ridiculous amount of onions for a breakfast sandwich is crazy β¦ once again they are RAW

This is my go-to coffee spot! The service is so nice, the coffee always strong and the foam toppers always delicious. We love the buy one/get one days and the text specials they send out. Love my knead girlies π₯°

Another overpriced donut shop. Definitely not needed and misleading. I went to donut shop bought 2 doughnuts and sandwich. Quality is not good. . The ingredients are cheap and lack the flavors they going for. Cheap ingredients, and trendy , overpriced. There is no doughnuts in this neighborhood or any that cost $8/9. The breakfast sandwich was disappointing as well. The Costco croissant with the bioengineered food ingredient sausage is the worst. Exactly the same gray sausage that McDonaldβs sales literally threw in the trash when I opened. There better donut shops in the community and more affordable. The customer service was poor as well kept trying to up sell. I asked multiple times for the knead doughnut box. The woman lied repeatedly after I watch her give people boxes before and after me. If you want to treat people differently let us all know so we donβt shop here.

Absolutely fell in love with this place. They have a variety of donuts to choose from. They are all delicious and unique. The customer service was top tier and the associate was so kind and helpful. She asked if I liked my coffee sweet or extra sweet which proves the passion behind their work. The donuts were fresh and so delicious. The decorations were beautiful. Definitely give this place a try!
